Ideally located in University City near UPenn, Drexel, and CHOP, this spacious unit is a newly-designed studio unit in a 3-storey residential building complete with all the essentials and brand new furnitures and appliances. It has a queen-sized bed, a private toilet and bath, and a mini bar/kitchenette where you can prepare your own meals. It has a stove, coffee maker, mini ref, as well as dining wares. The place also comes with a television and a small work space with desk and chair. We also have a garment steamer (please inform me in advance if you need this so we can double check). Guests can also do their laundry in the basement where there is a common washer/dryer. A shared full kitchen is also available on the first floor. Guests can also use the microwave located in the 2nd floor common area, and first floor common kitchen. Aesthetically designed with all essentials for a relaxing and convenient stay. Truly a home away from home!

PLEASE NOTE: It's a residential building with other guests. You will be provided your own keypad-locked room with a mini kitchen and private toilet & bath. But we also have common areas like a shared full kitchen, dining room, study area and a living room which are available to all booked guests in the building. Rest assured it's a safe and secured place and we always remind our guests to keep all their personal belongings and valuables inside their rooms.For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have security cameras located in common areas, hallways, and outside the units/rooms.
